My aims and objectives
my job is the managing director for the company.
my aims for my job are:
1) overall innotive leadership.
2)agreeing the goals.
3)in identifying the missions with others.
my objecives are:
- Be a good leader and make sensible decisions.
- communicate with the team well
- make sure everyone agrees to a goal, and the best decision.
- listen to other peoples ideas
- making it clear to everyone what the companys missions are
- make sure everybody understands there role properly, and what they need to do to make us achieve our goals and missions.
- make sure everyone is co-operating within the business, and doing there jobs properly.
